CARBON BRAID
Carbon fiber is sometimes called "graphite fiber". Carbon fiber is one of the strongest and stiffest reinforcements available. 12K Tow*. Woven tubular shape. 45 degree angle braid. Excellent for strength and light weight lay-ups. Rigid reinforcement.

3K Tow. 50 inches wide. Allows for thinner laminations/wall construction that will maintain rigidity and strength in many applications.  Sold in 3, 10, 30, 50 or 100ft rolls.

FIBERGLASS BRAID

Our fiberglass is "E-glass", and one of the most widely used all-purpose composite reinforcement. Structural E-glass is made from strands of continuous glass filaments that are plied and twisted into yarns. The unique combination of physical and electrical properties, cannot be matched by any other material.

HYBRID BRAID (12K Tow)
Combination of 50%-Carbon Fiber and 50%-Fiberglass.

There is an increased mechanical property when fiberglass is combined with carbon. The carbon fiber adds greater fatigue resistance, electrical conductivity and rigidity.

LIGHT WEIGHT HYBRID BRAID (6K Tow)

Combination of 50% 6K Carbon Fiber and 50 % Fiberglass. For USE IN LIGHT WEIGHT LAY-UPS.

UNI-DIRECTIONAL CARBON TAPE (CTU)

Ideal for reinforcing high-stress points and enhancing durability. Carbon tape also improves rigidity and strength in laminations.
This tape comes in widths from 1 inch to 4 inches and lengths of 10ft, 30ft, 50ft, and 150ft.
Tape has finished edges.

MULTI-DIRECTIONAL CARBON TAPE

This tape comes in a 2 inch width ( CBF2® ), but will open or spread to a 4 inch width. It is especially useful when conforming to irregular shapes without fiber wrinkling or creasing.

COMPOSITE MATRIX RESIN

Kits are sold as 1 gallon individual containers, packaged in a 1, 2, and 4 Gallon box.  Kits include 80 grams of powder promoter per gallon. Our uniquely formulated CM resin was designed to compliment our carbon and fiberglass composite materials.  We have found it to be very easy to work with, during and after lamination.
